The Role:
As a Senior Product Manager, AIML you will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML platforms—from ideation to launch. You’ll collaborate with technical teams and senior leaders, ensuring products are cutting-edge and aligned with GSK’s strategy.

Key Responsibilities
· Define product goals and success metrics
· Execute strategic plans aligned with GSK’s delivery strategy
· Drive product development using data and software engineering expertise

· Advocate for users through discovery and feedback
· Manage data requirements and project sequencing

Qualifications
· Advanced degree or relevant experience in pharma/drug discovery and machine learning
· Deep expertise in science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Math)
· Experience in software product management and delivery
· Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills
· Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change
Preferred Skills
· Agile decision-making and strategic action
· Research in any of these areas: Oligonucleotides, RNA Therapeutics or Medical Imaging
· Leadership and performance management
· Commitment to quality and resilience
· Continuous learning and relationship building
