Manage all aspects of product life circle – starting form product concept , implement and post-launch review with proposed action, manage relationship with channel/partners to manage available on shelf products to ensure good proposition with optimized VNB. And provide coaching and manage tasks for junior team members.
Product Proposition & Marketing Strategy and Product Concept
•Develop product marketing strategy and proposition for responsible channel to successful delivery target.
•Design and deliver product based on “Out-side in” concept. Drive Customers acquisition, bring vibrancy, and add value to the company.
•Access Customers research, understand insight, translate to product ideas and design analysis
•Optimize marketing processes and integrate innovative ideas, trends, insight, and development across distribution channels in order to maximize sale and customers satisfaction
•Lead reinsurance discussion or provide high level information to support supervisor on reinsurance negotiation in stage of product concept and underwriting discussion
•Create product communication messaging that differentiates our products in the market and align with contact point to connect consumer with their language, segmentations and behavior
•Provide training deck and go train to the trainer in part relating to product
•Ensure that product features/process comply with regulatory and internal product governance
•In charge of project assigned in part relating to product
Junior team members coaching
•Assist Head of to build team/other parties, ensure team alignment to company’s goal and direction
•Coach and closely support to Junior team members for excellence product delivery, execute requirement to successful commercialize with distribution channels and business partner.
