Job summary

We are hiring a Senior Pricing Analyst to join our growing Pricing team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Pricing within the Product Organization, you will play a critical role in shaping pricing and packaging strategy, enhancing product and pricing analytics capabilities, and supporting pricing operations across our entire product portfolio.

To succeed, you’ll need to blend strategic thinking, advanced business analytics and modeling, operational excellence, and strong business acumen for maximum business impact. You will also act as a close partner to Product, Finance, Analytics, Revenue Operations, and Sales teams, to help drive pricing initiatives across the company.

 

What you will do

  • Shape pricing and packaging strategy to accelerate growth and maximize customer value
  • Turn data into insight by building models and analyses that drive smarter pricing and GTM decisions
  • Build scalable pricing frameworks and playbooks for value metrics, discounting and deal guidance
  • Partner with Product, Finance, Sales, GTM systems and more to roll out high-impact pricing initiatives
  • Drive new pricing launches end-to-end: business case, exec alignment, enablement, post-launch tracking
  • Deliver recommendations that influence product, packaging and growth strategy at the leadership level
  • Monitor pricing performance and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Drive operational excellence by streamlining pricing processes, tools and decision-making across teams

 

What you will have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics or related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in pricing, product analytics, revenue strategy, or business analytics
  • Strong proficiency in business analytics (descriptive/prescriptive/predictive)
  • Advanced SQL and spreadsheet modeling skills
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of monetization levers
  • Excellent communication skills; able to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Highly collaborative, with experience partnering cross-functionally to execute pricing strategy
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

 

Nice to have

  • Python proficiency (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy)
  • Experience supporting pricing enablement and operational rollout
