We are looking to hire someone to work in our Columbus, Ohio office with a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in office)
Role highlights-
Work monthly with VP’s and Executive Leadership team to provide financial insights, forecast, and meet the financial commitments of the organization. Present to State Presidents to inform how corporate services are allocated to state budgets. Support State Regulatory team by providing insights into year over year cost drivers. Work alongside a proficient analyst team and leadership to grow technical skills and build financial acumen.
Job Summary
The Financial Analyst provides value-added financial services to both internal and external customers. The incumbent may assume responsibility for financial activities, including but not limited to reviewing and interpreting the impact of financial reporting proposals promulgated by governing bodies; preparing analytical studies on historical, forecast, and pro-forma financial data; developing comprehensive financial data reports for both internal and external customers; and providing other needed expertise and reporting to accurately reflect and manage financial matters.
Identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities; compares data from different sources to draw conclusions; uses effective approaches for choosing course of action or developing appropriate solutions; takes action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences. Compiles, organizes and formats data, including qualitative analysis required for internal and external reporting. Identifies and researches reporting issues, provides recommendations, assists with the adoption of new reporting requirements. (Reporting)

Required Qualifications for Position
Requires four year degree in business discipline
Requires knowledge of PC applications
Four years or more experience in finance, accounting, regulatory or a related field
Requires multiple functional experience

Salary Range*:
$79,800.00 - $119,600.00*The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity.
