About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking to hire a Senior Operations Processor for Partners Sales, Global Payments & Liquidity Group. The role is responsible for activities that support the operational infrastructure, performance, and efficiency.
In this role, you will:
- Support Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performance
- Use technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issues
- Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer support
- Perform complex operational and customer support initiatives within Operations functional area
- Assist staff, managers, and colleagues and provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures
- Apply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requests
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to staff
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in financial markets and operations, with demonstrated success in business reporting, workflow management and analytics
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and strategize delivery and implementation of team's daily workload and project requirements
- At least (4) years' experience in Operations in a back-office setting or environment either from a Financial Services, Shared Services or BPO
- At least (4) years' experience in one or a combination of the following: Sales, Sales Support, General Banking, or Direct Client Contact
- College graduate
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Analytics, Research, MS Excel, VBA, Macros, Pivot, Controls
- Sales, Client Support and / or Quality experience, preferred
Job Expectations:
- Strong leadership abilities including accountability, collaboration, partnership and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of practice and techniques in managing workload and analysis needed for key deliverables
- Develop, monitor, implement and assess departmental requirements on workflow management, reporting and tools to support overall team success
- Partners with Aligned Sales Analysts on an individual basis to assist with creating account structures
- Performing proximity studies and post implementation reviews; preparing relationship review presentations and submitting maintenance requests
- A successful Operations Analyst will deliver high quality, client-focused solutions when preparing and completing their assigned tasks and/or presentations
- Accurate and timely input of data into various systems and applications
- Analysis, manipulation and scrubbing of MS Excel based reports
- Assisting with the development of sales presentations and proposals
- Amenable to work on night shift, Monday - Friday
- Amenable to work onsite (4x1)
