How you will make an impact: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Forecasting Replenishment Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in driving data-informed decision-making by optimizing daily operational activities that directly impact profitability, sales, margins, and inventory.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in analyzing complex datasets and presenting clear, actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and visualizations to cross-functional teams across the organization. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Operations and is based in our Buckhead, GA office.
Procure and Manage Replenishment and Seasonal Inventory – 50%
- Manage Replenishment SKU level Coverage – This role requires deep weekly SKU-level analysis to optimize inventory productivity and OTIF (On Time In Full) requirements for ~150 replenishment styles per season.
Procure Seasonal and Replenishment Inventory – Issue PO’s and coordinate with the Production Planning team to ensure factories meet required dates to maximize on time shipping.
Recommendation for AIR – The role has access to the AIR budget and is required to make recommendations to use Air money any time there is a gap in coverage for our most productive and highly visible styles.
Tracking Inbound Inventory - Constant monitoring, reviewing, and tracking all inbound product to ensure it is on schedule to meet the required in-DC date. Determine the business impact of any delivery issues, prioritize, and communicate any issues related to product flow.
Demand Orders - Continuous monitoring of the Demand orders and adjusting Supply as needed to accommodate. This includes reacting to new orders or changes to existing orders such as size changes, customer need date change, packaging changing, and DC changes. This role is based on Monthly Forecasts and not seasonal orders. The analyst must constantly evaluate the Forecast and make daily adjustments for fluctuations in demand, market trends, and sales performance.
Factory Production Support - Perform analysis of factory product slides/shortages and recommend expediting product or even cancelling product where necessary.
On Time Delivery - Communicate with Transportation/DC teams to execute on time shipment to customers.
Analyzing Data and Reporting -40%
- Manage all facets of Coverage on a daily or weekly basis. The analyst should always have a full grasp on all styles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business goals.
- Create and maintain visual reporting tools to communicate analytical findings with cross-functional teams.
- Support ad hoc data analysis requests and provide insights to assist in business decisions.
- Gather, process, and verify data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Weekly reporting to the leadership team on operational performance of the brand.
Management of Open to Buy and Excess – 10%
- Procurement: Placing Buys to Sourcing and oversee the accuracy of the Purchase Orders. Find solutions/report issues that arise.
- Excess Inventory: Monitors Excess Inventory and constant attention to reduce Excess Inventory or sell at the best possible price.
- The role requires attention to detail as small changes in the SKU-level forecast can lead to significant operational issues and excess inventory.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- 2+ years of experience in Inventory Analysis, Supply Chain, Inventory Replenishment, Planning or Inventory Management
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and leadership, ensuring results are synthesized and shared in a straightforward manner
- Analytical and critical thinking skills, leveraging actionable insights to drive strategic business decisions with advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel and Tableau.
- Demonstrate the ability to synthesize information and present findings in a concise, impactful manner.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and implement solutions to address them efficiently.
- Team player who thrives in building strong partnerships in highly collaborative environments.
