Senior Multidisciplinary Brand & Marketing Designer
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Remote)
Team: Brand & Marketing Design — Internal Creative Studio
Reports To: Head of Brand & Creative
About the Role
We’re looking for a strategically-minded, concept-driven Senior Brand & Marketing Designer to join our internal brand and creative studio. You’ll partner closely with marketing, content, growth, and product marketing teams to bring our brand to life across every touchpoint — from integrated campaigns and product launches to events, sales enablement, and social.
You’ll be instrumental in evolving and scaling our brand expression system, ensuring consistency across channels while pushing creative boundaries to differentiate in a fast-moving fintech landscape. This role joins a team of 4 others creatives as we build out our internal agency model.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to concept, design, and deliver a wide variety of brand and marketing assets including:
- Campaign creative (ads, banners, paid social, landing pages)
- Product storytelling materials (one-pagers, explainer graphics, decks)
- Thought leadership content (e-books, reports, blog illustrations)
- Event and field marketing assets (booth design, signage, swag)
- Own the visual development of integrated marketing campaigns from brief to launch in partnership with copywriters and channel leads
- Contribute to and evolve the visual identity system, building scalable systems, templates, and libraries to ensure consistency
- Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals that are brand-aligned and performance-minded
- Support brand/product rollouts and redesign efforts, from research and testing to final asset production
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to freelancers, agencies, or junior team members as needed
What You Bring
- 5–8 years of experience in brand design, marketing design, or art direction — ideally in a fast-moving tech or B2B environment
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates breadth across brand campaigns, marketing collateral, and visual systems
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other modern design tools
- Strong conceptual thinking paired with sharp execution skills and high attention to detail
- Experience working within and evolving brand guidelines
- Comfort working across multiple formats and mediums (print, digital, motion a plus)
- A bias toward collaboration, agility, and iteration — you’re energized by feedback and fast-moving priorities
- Bonus: Experience with Webflow, Notion, or creative tooling is a plus
