We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior MEL Advisor for the EpiC project in Lesotho. The position will be based in Maseru.
EpiC Lesotho Project Description:
Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) is a five-year global project funded by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the U.S.A State Department. EpiC is dedicated to achieving and maintaining HIV epidemic control. EpiC provides strategic technical assistance (TA) and direct service delivery (DSD) to implement lifesaving interventions to break through barriers to 95-95-95 and promote self-reliant management of national HIV programs by improving HIV case-finding, prevention, and treatment programming. The EpiC program in Lesotho will expand HIV case finding in the community, optimize treatment initiation and support treatment continuity in Maseru, Mafeteng, Mohale’s Hoek and Thaba-Tseka districts.
Job Summary:
Senior MEL Advisor will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive MEL framework to measure project outcomes, track progress, and facilitate continuous learning and improvement. Working closely with project teams, government counterparts, and other stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that project activities are evidence-based, results-oriented, and responsive to the evolving needs of beneficiaries and stakeholders. This position will report to the Project Director.

Master’s Degree or its International Equivalent in Health, Behavioral, Life/Social Sciences, International Development, Human Development, Statistics or Related Field.
