  • Adheres to Integer Core Values and all safety and quality requirements.
  • Leads Kanban administration duties including signals, electronic BOM’s, basic supply strategy decisions and material pull systems.
  • Leads lean material flow and inventory management initiatives in a proactive manner.
  • Audits Kanban system throughout the facility, on a regular basis, and issue corrective actions to the system.
  • Devise methods and SOPs to achieve effective and efficient movement of materials and finished goods while maintaining minimum inventory investment.
  • Anticipates and communicates current and potential problems, solutions and opportunities for plant management action.
  • Assists Operations planning by monitoring and verifying inventory levels.
  • Set-up and maintains plan-for-every-part and recommends material system strategy based on sales and forecasting date.
  • Schedules reports.
  • Orders product directly from the supplier to ensure material is received within the required timeframe to meet schedules.
  • Interfaces and coordinates between manufacturing, procurement, engineering, finance, and suppliers regarding schedule requirements and changes.
  • Leads/participates in cost reduction, process improvement and quality improvement teams.
  • Performs other functions as required.
