Job Description Summary:

To coordinate the production of all business development and marketing materials; to assist in managing the efforts of the Marketing Coordinator under the direction of the Marketing Manager or Director; and to contribute a strong team spirit.

Job Description:

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Coordinate development and production of marketing collateral, including brochures, qualification packages, proposals, interview presentations, etc.
  • Maintain quality control over output of proposals, qualification packages, printed materials, interview materials, etc.
  • Facilitate pursuit kick-off meetings and shortlist interview preparation sessions
  • Collect and maintain database of project information and client contacts (Cosential)
  • Develop and maintain employee resumes
  • Provide follow-up, clarity and communication for each stage of marketing production assignments and regional sponsored events
  • Interface with vendors (printers, photographers) as necessary
  • Write and distribute internal and external communication
  • Assist in planning and file storage of project and personnel photography
  • Serve as a brand steward
  • Accompany Business Managers as needed to regional events, job walks or pre-qualification meetings
  • Assist with development of annual marketing plans and associated budgets for business unit
  • Work as a team player in a collaborative environment against multiple deadlines
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned



MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent 
  • Minimum five years marketing coordinator experience supporting the AEC industry
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills 
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Reliability, dependability and flexibility
  • Proficient verbal and written English language skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work overtime, as required
