Job Description
This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays
About the Role
In this role, you will lead procedures that drive efficiencies and continually improve Kohl’s marketing operations.
What You’ll Do
Manage and maintain critical timelines, adjusting to changes and new information
Determine approach and provide recommendations to move decisions forward
Provide visibility into bottlenecks and streamline evaluation conversations
Report status and critical issues affecting the marketing process
Manage critical path milestones and cross-team workflows
Determine the feasibility of requests and recommend approach and prioritization
Leverage subject matter experts to develop solutions that drive the business forward
Proactively identify opportunities to improve communication & mitigate risks.
Lead change management and solution-oriented discussions
Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary
What Skills You Have
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years experience in process improvement and managing projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work as a part of a team and interact effectively with others
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize
Group facilitation experience
Experience in change management
Preferred
Experience with process design
Clear communication abilities with an emphasis on visual storytelling
Understanding of how teams and processes are connected operationally
Ability to analyze complex situations and manage through ambiguity
Experience identifying opportunities and completing root cause analysis
Strong presentation skills
Knowledge of Process methodologies and Business Process Management and tools
Experience in retail and/or marketing environment
