Senior Marketing Associate, Consumer Lifecycle

Ibotta is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate, Consumer Lifecycle to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This person will play a crucial role in Ibotta’s ability to create world class customer incentive based lifecycle programs. The ideal candidate must be organized, self-motivated and analytically driven, while being capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Support the Sr. Marketing Manager in building and executing high impact, high ROI customer lifecycle programs primarily focus on marketing funded incentive programs 

  • Analyze business trends and marketing programs to develop optimizations that improve business performance

  • Deliver new methods and ideas to improve user retention, activation, and reactivation — we want you to be innovative with solving business challenges

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a best-in-class user experience

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance, strategy and improve key business metrics

  • Execute programming that supports an optimal user experience at every stage of the funnel

  • Develop thoughtful lifecycle communications to support incentive programming to drive user engagement

What we are looking for:

  • 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, analytics, economics, or a related field

  • Interest in incentive-based marketing

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Experience in budget management and forecasting

  • Familiarity with email, push notifications, and in-app messaging marketing

  • Experience with A/B testing to drive KPI improvement

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and their components accurately and simultaneously

  • Strong collaborator with effective stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in copywriting

  • Self-directed, self-motivated, and adept at problem-solving

  • Ability to think creatively and implement ideas from start to finis

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Experience with Braze or other marketing automation solutions

Additional Details

  • This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, a benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, an Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals.

  • Base compensation range: $68,000-$76,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
