JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Workday Product and Regional Hub Lead is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for driving excellence in Workday product management, focusing on Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules, while overseeing the operational efficiency of the Regional HR Hub team. This role ensures the smooth functioning of HR systems and processes, facilitates data integrity, and leads critical initiatives such as Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) data migrations.
The ideal candidate will blend deep Workday functional expertise with strong leadership and program management capabilities to deliver value through continuous improvement, data-driven insights, and seamless operational execution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Workday Product Ownership
- Manage the global product roadmap, process design, and bi-annual release updates.
- Serve as the Change Request (CR) gatekeeper for all compensation-related enhancements, coordinating requests across multiple workstreams.
- Manage the Annual Compensation processes, including postmortem review of past processes, enhancements design, build, testing, and rollout.
- Manage and enhance Extend business processes for specialized incentive and variable pay programs.
- Organize checkpoints with Compensation CoEs, Regional Comp and Exec Comp Teams to manage compensation requirements and action items. Engaging them at all stages of the product lifecycle to ensure we are solving the right problems.
- Partner with Global HR Solutions Change Management to build and maintain knowledge base articles, training materials, and communications supporting user adoption and system utilization.
2. Regional Hub Leadership
- Lead the Regional HR Hub team, responsible for enabling seamless HR Operations and support. Oversee and prioritize HR support cases and service requests including:
- Administrative corrections
- Security role assignments
- EIB mass uploads
- Supervisory organization management
- Testing support for projects and system enhancements
- Ensure all tasks and help cases are completed with professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Support audits, data validation, and quality control activities to ensure compliance with global standards and regional requirements.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and identify automation or efficiency opportunities by leveraging AI and other emerging technologies.
- Partner with global and regional HR teams to ensure standardized, efficient, and compliant HR processes.
3. M&A and Divestiture Data Migration Strategy
- Own the strategy and execution of Workday data migrations related to Mergers & Acquisitions and Divestitures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure accurate and compliant transfer of employee data.
- Develop repeatable frameworks, templates, and governance models for future data migration projects.
- Lead risk assessment, testing, and validation of migrated data to maintain integrity and compliance.
4. Strategic Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader for Workday product and HR operations strategy.
- Drive innovation through automation, analytics, and process optimization within Workday and HR operations.
- Develop and mentor team members to strengthen technical and functional expertise.
- Support key HR transformation initiatives by providing expertise in system design and process enablement.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HRIS/Workday experience, including 5+ years in leadership or product management roles.
- Deep functional expertise in Workday Compensation.
- Proven experience leading HR operations or service delivery teams.
- Strong knowledge of Workday tools (EIB, security, reporting, calculated fields, business process configuration).
- Experience managing M&A or divestiture data migrations within Workday.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a global, matrixed organization and influence across functions.
The pay range for this role is $135,700 - $244,300. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: December 29, 2025.
As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance. In addition, Jabil offers benefits to enhance your health, wealth, and resilient self.
