Job Description
Major Accountabilities:
Change Management: Develop and implement strategies to manage changes within identified system(s) and ways of working effectively, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption. Identify business process(es), technology and people impacts of change across different user and stakeholder groups
Risk Management: Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential adoption risks and develop mitigation plans to address them
Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance end user skills and knowledge, ensuring they are well-prepared for new features and releases within the system(s)
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders to gain support and alignment for change initiatives, and maintain open lines of communication
Communication: Create and execute communication plans to keep (deleted stakeholders)users informed and engaged throughout the change process
Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the effectiveness of change and training programs, using feedback and data to make continuous improvements
Planning: Partner with the product team and other stakeholders to integrate change considerations into release management and planning
Logistics: Manage all logistics around creating and delivering training and change strategies
What you’ll bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree
Full professional proficiency in English with excellent verbal/written communication skills and presentation skills to convey information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders
4+ years of proven experience as a change & training manager, preferably in a product-focused environment
Expertise in designing and delivering effective training programs tailored to different learning styles and needs (virtual, in person or self-paced)
Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with common tools such as Jira, MIRO, SharePoint; experience with Content lifecycle technologies is a plus
Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and handle unexpected challenges
Experience working across multiple time zones and with multi-cultural teams as well as working with agile teams, having a continuous improvement mindset and other core principles of agile
