Reporting to the Technology Risk Advisory Lead, this role oversees a team of risk managers and IT risk
Customer Journey Experts (CJEs) in supporting COO Technology. You’ll serve as strategic risk advisors, providing assessments and control guidance across both existing operations and new initiatives.
The roles act as the primary Technology Risk advisors to their respective domains, providing strategic guidance, risk assessments, and control advice across both existing operations and new initiatives.

What you’ll do …
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in COO Technology, delivering pragmatic and timely risk guidance.
Serve as the primary risk advisory contact for COO Technology, ensuring prioritized engagement and effective escalation.
Provide day-to-day risk oversight across back-office processes like KYC, payments, and loan fulfilment.
Ensure compliance with key regulations while driving control uplift and effective risk treatments.
Lead a high-performing Risk Advisory team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and growth.
Anticipate emerging risks and evolving contexts to strengthen resilience and reduce audit findings.
What we’re looking for…
Demonstrate strong technical acumen in IT architecture, Agile delivery, and risk management principles.
Bring deep awareness of regulatory frameworks including payments, KYC/AML, and complaints handling.
7+ years of experience in Technology Risk or NFR roles, with proven policy implementation and stakeholder engagement.
Exhibit strong leadership skills for ensuring everyone is working in the right direction.
University degree with relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or equivalent professional qualifications.
