The Role:
The Strategy team at Heidrick and Struggles works closely with the executive leadership team (CEO, President, CFO, Chief Legal Officer and CHROROCHCH) and business line leadership to identify and address the company’s most impactful opportunities and challenges to improve Heidrick’s short- and long-term business performance. The Senior Manager will provide quantitative and qualitative analytical decision support on all high priority initiatives, including, but not limited to, annual strategic planning, strategic acquisitions, competitive analysis, and country and offering-level profitability analysis. The Senior Manager will also project manage selected, high priority business initiatives. Reporting to the Vice President of Strategy, this position plays a key role in shaping the short- and long-term trajectory of the company.

Pay Range Guidelines for this Position:
The salary range for this position is 175000 USD to 195000 USD. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience and skills. In addition to your salary, Heidrick & Struggles offers discretionary bonuses (subject to eligibility requirements) and a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
