Job Summary

    The Senior Manager, Sales Support & Operations, is accountable for supporting the sales pipeline by driving all lead generation activities. Is responsible for delivering competitor, prospect, and industry insights, and coordinating 'Request For Proposal'/'Request For Information' responses.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Drives competitive analysis and supplies summary information to internal partners, including AMN leadership, according to established timelines.
    • Assigns high priority to report rapidly emerging and/or market-shifting trends that may impact development, marketing, or executive direction.
    • Drives efforts to collect additional market insights through surveys or other methods as needed.
    • Drives prospecting strategy, working with the direct channel growth team by analyzing industry news and leveraging professional sites such as LinkedIn to identify change-ready prospects.
    • Provides summary information to internal constituents according to established timelines and logs all activity in Salesforce.com.
    • Drives trade show and conference strategy for the direct sales channel.
    • Researches industry events, recommends strategies to optimize trade show objectives, and meets financial and time budgets.
    • Develops prospect lists/bios, pre- and post-conference prospect communication, registration, travel and hotel arrangements, booth transportation and set-up, and client event planning.
    • Coordinates with the Sales team to ensure the effective hand-off of leads to sales representatives.
    • Researches and implements new formats or methodologies to improve the efficiency of lead generation activities.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Prior experience in a supervisory role

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate

        $82,500 - $103,000 Salary

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
