You will be a part of HPB’s Healthy 365 Project Management Office responsible for the product management of the Healthy 365 app. This includes planning, organising and monitoring product milestones, deliverables and coordinating across diverse business users and product lines.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
As a key member of ISPPO Division, you will execute the product management process of Healthy 365 app. The role is essential in bridging between strategic vision and tactical execution for the H365 app's development and enhancement. It focuses on three key areas:
1. Strategic Product Development
You will evaluate, prioritise and synthesise enhancement requests across product lines to develop a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with Healthy 365's vision. You will plan and manage the H365 app's product roadmap whilst ensuring alignment to the product's vision. You will lead the development of key features overseen by the H365 PMO team, particularly focusing on account management and fraud prevention. This includes compliance with governance requirements and implementing key processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as part of the Risk Management framework.
2. Process & Resource Management
Managing the product backlog will be central to your role, including strategic prioritisation of features based on established criteria. You will coordinate across business users and product lines, managing the development lifecycle effectively. Working closely with development teams, you will plan and monitor capacity allocation, ensure optimal resource utilisation, orchestrate releases, facilitate stakeholder coordination, and maintain clear communication channels throughout the product development process. You will drive continuous improvements to streamline and enhance processes within the product development lifecycle, seeking opportunities to improve operational efficiency whilst implementing risk management processes and SOPs.
3. Operational and User Oversight
Your role extends to managing daily operations, including analysing user insights for product improvements, tracking budget utilisation, and providing secretariat support for management meetings. You will maintain stakeholder communication for alignment and support throughout all processes. Your data-driven approach will help identify opportunities for product enhancement and operational efficiency.

Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across multiple levels and functions
