The Technology Strategy & Performance (S&P) team plays a pivotal role in shaping and enabling the execution of the Technology Strategy. We partner across domains to drive alignment, embed performance insights, deliver strategic outcomes, and support Technology’s transformation agenda.

The Group Security Performance team partners with the Strategy & Performance Leadership team, the Chief Security Officer, the Group Security Leadership team, and cross-functional business partners. We work together to enable Technology’s strategy, transformation, and objectives; while driving workforce supply chain management to ensure we are well-positioned to meet future challenges and seize emerging opportunities.

Reporting to Executive Manager Group Security Performance you will provide support to enable the implementation of strategy, planning and operations, financial management and risk management. 

  • Collaborate with our Leadership teams, the Group Security business, and with our cross-functional partners to set and to deliver on strategic and operational goals (budgets, forecasts, tracking actuals, and applying corrective measures)
  • Prepare materials and present at relevant forums, including materials for our strategy days, and forums for our quarterly planning cycle.
  • Drive governance reporting requirements including milestones, financials, benefits and risks; deep dive into the analytics and provide meaningful insights to inform continuous improvement opportunities and drive business decisions.  

We’re interested in hearing from people who have: 

  • Demonstrable senior stakeholder management experience
  • Experience in large complex organisation(s) like Banking, Superannuation, Insurance, Telco
  • Experience working and collaborating cross-functionally 
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for supporting the delivery of innovation
  • Experience in Agile ways of working will be highly regarded
