Summary of This Role
Manages the planning, development and coordination of all marketing communications programs to ensure brand integrity and support the company’s growth objectives by promoting the sale of company products and/or services. Consults with other areas of management or business units, sales departments, and advertising agencies to leverage web marketing, trade show activity and direct marketing. Manages the preparation of sales aids, controls advertising and public relations projects, and recommends the media outlet best suited to sell specific products or services. Interacts with vendors to produce promotional material
Leads product marketing campaign planning and execution of the company's strategies and goals utilizing digital, email, public relations and direct mail technologies. Contributes to the development and execution of marketing strategies, derived from overall company strategy.
Creates, coordinates and implements all marketing functions associated with new service and product rollouts and go-to-market strategies. Ensures new service and product rollouts and delivery models are consistent with company goals to expand our business landscape both in the U.S. and internationally. Creates, develops and publishes new global marketing and sales collateral, brochures, white papers and website content for Managed Services to support new product and service introductions.
Determines direction and oversees development of marketing technology to optimize effectiveness of marketing and communications activity by pushing campaign possibilities to new places. Researches technology landscape (e.g., email automation, forms management and client data systems) and devises new and innovative ways to use existing technology to achieve new and greater results.
Researches, identifies, selects, implements and develops new products and technologies for Managed Services. Defines the approach and manages the process from product development to product launch, ensuring execution is in line with strategic plan and goals for all product-related initiatives. Ensures product development is managed efficiently and within budget.
Coordinates, manages and oversees all tradeshow, and conference participation for the company-hosted and industry events. Plans and participates the most critical industry events and the company-hosted user and client advisory conferences. Represents Managed Services in a sales support, marketing and product capacity and responsible for providing subject matter expertise to clients, vendors and industry contacts. Coordinate the development and submission of Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and sales presentations.
Ensures brand management throughout line of business, including development of videos, advertising and collateral.
Evaluates and maintains system ownership and vendor management of marketing technologies and company wide customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
Ensures client communication strategy and execution in support of sales, product and related teams' customer service and sales initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Relevant Experience or Degree in: related field of study from an accredited university is preferred. Relevant experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
Typically a minimum of 8 years
related professional experience including a minimum of 3-4 years experience in a supervisory position.
