We’re looking for a data-driven, strategic, and execution-focused Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to lead key initiatives across our marketing tech stack, campaign operations, lead management, attribution, and analytics. In this role, you’ll serve as the operational backbone of the marketing ops team, enabling scale, ensuring data integrity, and driving measurable impact across the funnel globally.
Beyond day-to-day operations, you’ll also own special projects focused on automation and innovation. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends leadership, systems thinking, and a builder mindset, ideal for someone who can balance strategic direction with hands-on execution. This is a critical lead role in which you will be in charge of leading and growing a small team.
In this role, you will also be responsible to:
Lead and mentor a small, high-performing Marketing Operations team, fostering growth, accountability, and strong execution
Own and administer Marketo, ensuring system performance, campaign execution, and compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR
Manage and evolve the full marketing tech stack, identifying and implementing tools that enhance scale, performance, and automation
Champion data quality and governance, especially within Marketo, to ensure accurate reporting, segmentation, and campaign targeting
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, IT, and Growth teams to ensure alignment on lead management, campaign execution, and pipeline generation
Drive pipeline through intelligent automation, including lead scoring, routing, enrichment, and agentic workflows that optimize performance
Support marketing budgeting, forecasting, and planning by delivering accurate data and insights tied to campaign performance and pipeline impact
Own and evolve marketing performance reporting, surfacing actionable insights across the funnel to guide strategy and execution
Build scalable operational processes and frameworks to support campaign launches, field events, outbound motions, and ABM programs
Ensure flawless execution of special projects, including building automations and enhancing lead flow to improve speed-to-lead and pipeline acceleration
7+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations, preferably in SaaS or high-growth environments.
Strong experience with tools like Marketo, Salesforce, Bizible, Demandbase, and enrichment tools.
Experience with Workato and any related Automation tool is a HUGE plus.
Demonstrated experience building scalable marketing processes and systems from the ground up.
Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnel dynamics, lead management, and campaign operations.
Proven track record of driving results through operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical skills; comfort building dashboards and pulling reports in Salesforce and Sigma.
Experience managing and mentoring junior team members (preferred).
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills is non-negotiable
Empathetic leader who builds strong relationships, supports team development, and listens actively
Resourceful and solutions-oriented — thrives in ambiguity and finds a way forward, even when there’s no playbook
Collaborative by default, with a track record of building trust across marketing, sales, and revops teams
Relentlessly reliable — shows up when it counts, even if that means jumping in at 1 a.m. to get something over the line
High ownership mindset — takes pride in their work, holds themselves accountable, and follows through on commitments
Curious and driven to learn, especially when it comes to new technologies, automation, and finding ways to scale smarter
Low ego, high impact — focused on results, not credit, and always willing to roll up their sleeves
The pay for this role may range between $130,000 and $140,000, plus variable, benefits, perks, and equity.
