We are seeking a talented individual to join our Business & Clients Services (BCS) team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in KSA - Riyadh and will assume the responsibility for Bahrain as well. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office and requires travel between KSA & Bahrain.

This role is a key part of the KSA and Bahrain BCS leadership team, dedicated to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of people, processes, and technology in insurance operations. You will be instrumental in boosting operational and financial performance while ensuring compliance with local regulations as well as regional and global standards.

We will count on you to:

Embed a stable and consistently compliant Operations function aligned with the company’s operating model.

Drive operational efficiency through process re-engineering, automation, and implementation of a fit-for-purpose Right-shoring model.

Collaborate with Branch Business Leadership and key stakeholders to support profitable business growth and best practice sharing.

Develop and implement operational initiatives to maximize client delivery capabilities, revenue, profit, and market share.

Establish and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.

Support management reporting, data quality, and the adoption of digital analytics tools across the region.

 

What you need to have:

Minimum 7 years of experience in operations management, ideally within the insurance industry.

Proven leadership, managerial, and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive growth initiatives.

Experience with project management methodologies and process optimization techniques.

Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly to senior audiences.
