What will you be doing?

You’ll lead the global Travel & Expenses programme with vision and precision. From defining strategy and governance to managing vendors and systems, you’ll ensure our travel operations are efficient, compliant and user-friendly. You’ll collaborate with Procurement, HR, Finance, IT and business leaders to align travel and expense processes with company goals and employee needs. You’ll oversee corporate card programmes, drive automation, and deliver insights that shape executive decisions. And you’ll lead a high-performing global team, championing innovation and continuous improvement every step of the way.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role means combining strategic thinking with operational excellence. You’ll need to be a confident leader, a skilled communicator and a trusted partner across functions.

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance or supply chain, with a master’s or professional certification (GBTA, CPP, PMP) as a plus

  • 8+ years of global travel and expense management experience, including 3+ years in leadership

  • Proven expertise in managing travel operations, corporate card programmes and vendor relationships, ideally in a multinational setting

  • Strong analytical and digital skills, with experience in SAP Concur and tools like Power BI
