We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Facilities Operations EMEA to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the Director of Global Facilities Operations, you will oversee regional and local workplace teams across EMEA, ensuring excellence in facilities operations across multiple locations. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing EMEA facilities operations, vendor negotiations, and budgets across all regional office locations
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and building regulations while enhancing workplace services and amenities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, People & Culture) to create policies and initiatives that promote employee well-being and productivity
  • Leading critical projects like office upgrades, relocations, events, and onboarding support
  • Coaching and managing EMEA workplace teams to deliver on organizational goals through innovation and alignment

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 7+ years of experience in workplace solutions, facilities, or similar roles with a focus on program management
  • Experience managing distributed regional teams and overseeing office builds, relocations, or renovations
  • Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor agreements
  • Strong experience developing and managing budgets for large-scale facilities operations
  • Knowledge of EMEA health, safety, and building regulations

  • Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire global, multicultural teams
  • Demonstrated passion for creating innovative solutions for employee experience and workplace culture
