Position Overview: 
The Senior Manager- Ethics Investigations role is responsible for managing and overseeing investigations related to fraud, compliance, and ethical concerns within the organization. This role is responsible for managing investigators, overseeing the end-to-end investigative process, and ensuring findings are documented, communicated, and remediated in alignment with enterprise standards, legal requirements, and regulatory expectations.
The Senior Manager, role based onsite in Plano, TX, will collaborate with various departments to ensure effective risk management and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Your Impact:
- Lead and manage investigations involving alleged misconduct, conflicts of interest, policy breaches, and other Code of Conduct matters.
 - Ensuring investigations are conducted with integrity, objectivity, and in compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards.
 - Oversee case intake, triage, investigative planning, witness interviews, documentation, and reporting of fundings.
 - Provide clear, concise summaries and recommendations to executive leadership, Legal, HR, Audit, and Risk partners.
 - Manage the enterprise Conflicts of Interest disclosure program- including annual certifications, disclosures, and remediation oversight.
 - Partner with HR, Legal, Audit, and Compliance to ensure consistent and defensible outcomes aligned to corporate policies.
 - Identify root causes and trends to inform risk mitigation strategies, training, and ethics awareness programs.
 - Maintain accurate, complete investigation records in the case management system.
 - Deliver metrics, dashboards, and analysis to senior leadership and governance committees to support transparency and continuous improvement.
 - Coach, mentor, and develop team members to promote professional growth and adherence to investigative excellence standards.
 - Stay updated on evolving financial crime trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices
 - Represent the organization in meetings, regulatory audits, and industry forums
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Advanced degree or relevant certifications, for example, CCEP, CFE, JD preferred.
 - 10 + years of overall experience in related fields with 8+ years in ethics, compliance, investigations, risk management and 2+ years of management experience.
 - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to think critically.
 - Proficiency in using AML and fraud detection software/tools.
 - Demonstrated experience leading or conducting complex internal investigations.
 - Strong understanding of ethical risk areas including conflicts of interest, workplace conduct, misuse of information, and integrity breaches.
 - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive ready investigation summaries.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment and discretion and sensitive matters.
 - Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
 -  High integrity and a commitment to fostering a culture of ethics and transparency.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $142,000 - $214,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
