Position Description Summary

The Senior Manager, Development Platform provides operational and technical support for clinical platform implementation and ongoing performance monitoring, ensuring effective delivery and end-user engagement.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day platform delivery activities for assigned clinical studies or functions.
• Support system configuration, testing, and deployment in collaboration with IT and business partners.
• Assist in documenting platform requirements and process improvements.
• Track issues, enhancements, and end-user feedback to inform optimization efforts.
• Contribute to vendor coordination and operational alignment for external partners.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in clinical operations or digital systems support.
• Familiarity with clinical trial systems and operational workflows.
• Detail-oriented, strong team collaborator with a problem-solving mindset.
