Job Summary

  •  Business Development & Transactions:
    • Identify land acquisition and leasing opportunities.
    • Develop and implement strategies to expand the 3PL and end-user client base.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify new business avenues and emerging trends.
    • Relationship Management: HNI’s and end Clients.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with 3PL operators, industrial end users, landowners, and developers.
    • Act as a strategic partner to clients by understanding their operational and growth requirements.
    • Internal Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Work closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
    • Provide regular updates on market intelligence, transaction progress, and pipeline development.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred or any similar combination of education and experience. 5 years related real estate experience preferred.

Communication

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.

Reasoning Ability

  • Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
