Let’s talk about the role:
As Senior Manager – Commercial Marketing, you’ll be the architect of Virtuox’s new marketing identity. You’ll lead campaigns in building awareness, driving growth, and shaping how Virtuox helps more people get care through earlier detection and treatment — not just as another healthcare company, but as a digital-first leader in sleep and cardiac diagnostics.
This is a rare opportunity to blend startup energy with the scale and resources of a global leader. You’ll craft strategies, lead field and digital initiatives, and develop sales tools that empower our teams to change the way healthcare is delivered — one diagnosis at a time.
What you’ll own:
Create and drive Virtuox’s commercial marketing strategy — from concept to execution — to grow diagnostic sleep and cardiac testing volumes across key provider audiences.
Build sales enablement and storytelling assets that turn complex science into compelling commercial tools that win hearts and drive business.
Lead field marketing and brand activations — including trade shows, webinars, and live experiences that make Virtuox impossible to ignore.
Design high-impact digital lead generation campaigns that fuel the sales pipeline and position Virtuox as the go-to digital diagnostic brand in healthcare.
Collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing and commercial strategies are aligned, fast-moving, and ROI-focused.
Champion awareness and screening for OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea) through creative, multi-channel education campaigns that make an impact on patients’ lives.
Reimagine Virtuox’s brand voice and visual identity — bringing creativity, clarity, and modernity to everything from our website to our outreach.
Track performance, learn fast, and iterate faster. Build a culture of data-driven experimentation to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
Partner across Resmed’s ecosystem to share insights, spark collaboration, and help scale what works.
What you bring:
10-12+ years of experience in integrated and digital marketing — ideally in healthcare, diagnostics, or health tech.
A proven ability to build and lead B2B marketing strategies that generate leads, influence buyers, and build brands.
A strong understanding of digital channels: content marketing, SEO/SEM, email automation, paid social, and performance analytics.
The creativity to challenge convention and the discipline to deliver measurable results.
Experience leading sales enablement initiatives and field activations that drive commercial success.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and building structure in fast-moving environments.
Excellent communication skills and a flair for storytelling — you know how to make complex ideas resonate.
A passion for improving patient outcomes through innovation and action.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: Total Base Pay Range $150,000.00 - $224,000.00 USD Annual.
