About the Opportunity:

Are you ready to lead and inspire a team of Clinical Solution Analysts? As Senior Manager, Clinical Solutions Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our team towards excellence. This player-coach position allows you to actively contribute to study delivery while shaping the team's development, enhancing processes, and driving strategic impact across our delivery portfolio.

You will be at the forefront of product expertise and study execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize clinical trial delivery and ensure outstanding outcomes. Your insights will also influence product development, helping us deliver market-leading digital health solutions.

What You'll Do:
 

  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team of Clinical Solution Analysts, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on quality and innovation.

  • Hands-On Customer Delivery: Actively contribute as a CSA, supporting study design, configuration, and validation activities for customer projects to ensure successful delivery of clinical trials.

  • Product Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the delivery SME for product capabilities, maintaining deep knowledge of configuration workflows and industry standards.

  • Resource Allocation & Prioritization: Determine team priorities in alignment with portfolio needs and allocate resources effectively to meet delivery commitments and quality standards.

  • Expert in End-to-End Delivery: Ensure delivery excellence across all phases of study execution, from planning to go-live, leveraging deep understanding of the full delivery lifecycle.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other members of Delivery leadership and Product teams to improve processes, influence enhancements, and align on strategic goals. Identify opportunities to optimize study setup processes and implement best practices across the team.

  • Pre-Sales Support: Partner with the Commercial team to assess solution feasibility, ensuring proposed configurations align with product capabilities and delivery timelines.

  • Knowledge Sharing & Training: Develop mechanisms for sharing product knowledge and study design expertise within the team and across delivery functions.

  • Industry Insight: Stay informed on clinical trial trends and regulatory requirements to guide team practices and product input.

  • Metrics & Reporting: Establish and maintain dashboards and reports to track team performance, study progress, and quality metrics.

  • Risk Management: Proactively identify risks in study delivery and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.


Essential Skills/Experience:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Informatics, or related field.

  • Proven experience managing a team of clinical trial design and/or implementation specialists, with a strong track record of leadership and team development.

  • Extensive hands-on experience delivering clinical studies, including leading study design, requirements gathering, and configuration activities.

  • Ability to interpret and apply study protocols accurately to system design and configuration.

  • Skilled in conducting software demonstrations and explaining complex functionality to diverse stakeholders.

  • Deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry standards for clinical trial technology and product functionality.

  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end delivery processes for clinical trials and digital health platforms.

  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

  • Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to provide input on solution feasibility and product enhancements.

  • Hands-on experience with Jira for tracking, reporting, and building dashboards.

  • Familiarity with SOP/WI development and audit readiness; experience supporting internal and external audits.

  • Must have flexibility; this role requires working with colleagues and stakeholders across different time zones.
