The Senior Manager, B2B Integrated Offerings Channel Business Development, will be pivotal in leading cross-business initiatives and supporting the Director of B2B Integrated Offerings in pipeline management, cross-business collaboration, and incremental revenue generation.

 

This individual will work closely with the Samsung Electronics America (SEA) distributors, resellers, integrators, and other partners to find, quote, and close SEA Mobile, SEA Display, and SmartThings Pro opportunities for customers with multiple lines of Samsung businesses.  Individual will also work closely with channel partners to obtain quotes from other Samsung affiliates like Harman, HVAC, and Neurologica for customer opportunities.  The role requires strong understanding of electronics hardware, software, service, and the sales channels they are provided through.

 

Key responsibilities include:

·  Through channel partners, add product offerings from multiple Samsung lines of business (LoB) and close opportunities to realize sales revenue

·  Uncover and provide leads for Samsung LoBs resulting in incremental Samsung revenue

·  Act as a strategic connector between the channel and internal stakeholders to drive sales, execution, and partner engagement

·  Develop and maintain cross-LoB incentive programs for Samsung channel partners

·  Read, interpret, and negotiate partner agreements, contracts, and programs in collaboration with the Samsung legal team

·  Ensure that Samsung product selections meet project requirements, including compliance with applicable codes and standards

· Provide product guidance and expertise to partners during pre-sale and contract stages

· Build a proper ecosystem of solutions that can be supported channel partners

· Partner ecosystem strategy build-up (Benefit program, Contract, Partnership Roadmap, etc)

·  Business development with partners (Revenue Sharing Model, Value Equation Analysis, Sales Analysis, etc.)

· Identify top level distributors and on-board as partners for multiple Samsung LoBs

· Create GTM strategy with each channel partner and drive revenue

· Attend monthly channel partner events to promote “One Samsung”

· Be the Samsung representative for all product categories

·  Track and manage leads, pipeline status, and contract progress through CRM systems and sales tools

·  Stay current on market trends, product innovations, and builder program strategies

·  Represent the company at industry trade shows, builder events, and customer meetings

·  Gather voice-of-customer to identify industry needs and SEA product gaps

Skills and Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelors required, Masters preferred in Engineering, Business or related field

· 12+ years of total experience, preferably in B2B sales, strategy and/or engineering with manufacturing, electronics/tech company

· Engineering experience/background strongly preferred

· Must have demonstrated experience across key B2B and B2G (business-to-government) verticals

· C-level consumer-facing, negotiation and partnership-building and stakeholder management experience

· Entrepreneurial’ mindset and ability to adapt and navigate heavily matrixed organizations to launch “never-been-done” before initiatives

· High degree of independence and ownership

· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work-streams

· Technical aptitude with B2B technology and electronics solutions

· Advanced project management experience and goal orientation to include organizing timelines and execution of timelines

FULLY REMOTE – CAN BE PERFORMED ANYWHERE

The salary range for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, and actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.  However, the salary ranges in the following regions are expected to be as follows:

  • Colorado: $138,000.00 to $170,500.00

  • NYC: $157,500.00  to $195,000.00

  • Washington State: $151,000.00 to $186,500.00

  • California: $157,500.00  to $195,000.00

  • New Jersey: $157,500.00  to $195,000.00

  • Washington D.C.: $151,000.00 to $186,500
