Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
Aligning business directions from regional, localising & defining business directions by developing an annual plan, business strategy, and devising an implementation road map.
Budget planning and monitoring.
Performing a variety of business functions, including but not limited to marketing research, feasibility assessment, financial modelling, competitor analysis, and project management.
Supporting the development of short-term and long-term strategy.
Coordinating with an internal research team to conduct research and analyses of business opportunities, market potential, etc.
Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
Leading and collaborating with cross-functional and cross-BU initiatives to ensure alignment and successful execution as well as performance deliverables.
Analyzing data to ensure business progress on competitiveness, risk & opportunities and key business trends and recommend appropriate solutions where possible.
Lead projects to support strategic initiatives and drive business growth across all countries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Business, Finance, Economics, or other related fields.
Minimum 8 years experience in strategy planning, business development, marketing or strategy.
Experience in the travel industry or OTA would be a plus.
Entrepreneurial thinking, strategist, strong local market knowledge who loves to explore new potential opportunities.
Result and data driven.
Excellent communication skills and able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders in logical and data convincing styles.
Advanced Excel skill and other data tools such as BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau.
