POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to Vice President, Brand Strategy & Communication, support on annual brand strategy development & annual budget planning, will be the key contact to liaison across PR, Social Media, Media, Digital, CRM, Property Activation teams to formulate clear annual, quarterly, and monthly communication plan and manage budget planning accordingly.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Support Line Manager to develop/evolve annual brand strategy, capture consumer insights and implication, create brand positioning and narrative as guideline for all properties in Macau
  • Support Line Manager to work out annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plan/calendar by collaborating with key stakeholders to drive constant buzz & traffic generation and uplift brand desirability
  • Create collaboration strategy/initiatives & steer project implementation, aiming to bring acquisition, surprise/wow effect to Melco brand
  • Support Line Manager to overlook pilot projects, with main objective to enhance brand equity, not limited to annual brand campaigns, hotel repositioning, etc.
  • Support Line Manager to overlook annual Brand Strategy & Communication budget, to liaison with related stakeholders to well manage budget planning, with efficient ROI
  • Manage team and coach the key talents to develop their strategic thinking & planning capability

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

  • Around 10 years experiences in Strategy Planning or Project Management role
  • Excellent knowledge of consumer insights / key consumer segments in Greater China with experience developing specific strategies for each
  • Proven ability to lead strategic projects and be directly accountability for results
  • Solid experiences with budget planning

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Skills / Competencies  

  • Strategic thinking & customer oriented
  • Very good command of plan formulation & Office Software, including but not limited to Powerpoint, Excel, etc.
  • Figure sensitive and with strong ability to ensure data accuracy
  • Fluency in English required & fluency in Mandarin a major advantage
  • Strong communication skills
