Partner with executives and cross-functional leaders to align benefits, policies and program with company goals.
Manage and mentor a team of passionate benefits professionals.

Strengthen relationships with consultants, vendors and carriers to ensure top-tier service delivery.
What You’ll Bring
5–7+ years of experience managing comprehensive benefit programs, including leadership experience.
Strong understanding of health & welfare programs and leave and time-off policies.
A proactive, strategic mindset and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels — from teammates to the C-suite.
CEBS, GBA, or similar certification preferred.
