As a Senior Logistics Analyst, you will be on a team responsible for the oversight of warehouse inventory accuracy. You will be involved in reconciliation of inventory variances, system health as it relates to inventory accuracy. This role will also be supporting Customer, Corporate, and Internal inventory audits.

What You Will Do

  • Resolve warehouse inventory variances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and improve warehouse managed inventory processes.
  • Support Customer, Corporate and Internal inventory audits.
  • Ensure inventory compliance within the warehouse processes including record retention.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement as it relates to inventory accuracy.
  • Support Outside Receiving Reports and Inside Receiving Report process. This process will include data processing for virtual receipts.
  • Support processing Receipt Corrections working with Procurement, Quality, and Logistics Warehouse team.
  • Ensure compliance with Logistics policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Production Control, Property, Logistics, Contracts, Engineering, Supply Chain professionals and Quality.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and minimum two (2) years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Experience with either Inventory Control, Logistics, and or Operations.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present data insights to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Self-Starter requires minimal supervision, as well as the ability to manage priorities.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot issues.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Production Control, Property and Supply Chain professionals.
  • Experience with SAP system environment.
  • High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Experience with property management systems and government regulations.
  • Six Sigma/CORE certification (or equivalent).

The salary range for this role is 72,000 USD - 144,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
