About the Role

As Clinical Practice Lead, you will drive excellence in teaching and learning across health and medical education, with a focus on competency-based assessment and clinical integration. This leadership role supports curriculum innovation, educator development, and quality assurance aligned with Flinders University's strategic goals.

  • Lead development and implementation of competency-based assessments.

  • Deliver and coordinate engaging, student-centred teaching in clinical education.

  • Support Work Integrated Learning and curriculum renewal across programs.

  • Provide educational leadership and contribute to accreditation and service activities.

About You

You are a qualified health professional and experienced educator with a passion for clinical teaching and assessment. With a strong foundation in pedagogical practice and leadership, you bring innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to student success.

  • PhD or equivalent in a health-related field and AHPRA registration.

  • Proven excellence in tertiary teaching and curriculum coordination.

  • Experience in competency-based assessment and clinical education.

  • Strong communication and leadership across academic and professional domains.
