About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to support modernization efforts across our Credit Card business. In this role you will act as the Business Authority at the Product Area level, you will develop, evolve, and communicate the product area vision, priorities, and strategy to key partners and stakeholders while obtaining feedback, managing risk, and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance. You will collaborate with the product manager on the overall product intention map, establish and monitor product area goals and performance indicators, and actively own the prioritization of a clearly understood product area backlog aligned to product area vision and goals.
In this role, you will:
Act as the single accountable Product Owner for the product area, ensuring clarity of vision and priorities.
Develop and communicate the product area vision, goals, and performance indicators to stakeholders and teams.
Own and prioritize a transparent, well-maintained backlog aligned to product area objectives.
Define and refine user stories and features with clear acceptance criteria; accept stories once they meet the definition of done.
Collaborate closely with delivery teams, product managers, and cross-functional partners to refine features and ensure alignment.
Facilitate frequent collaboration between customers, stakeholders, and teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Coordinate with other product owners to deliver a seamless customer experience across products and journeys.
Maintain continuous communication with product managers and delivery teams to manage dependencies and resolve sequencing conflicts.
Inspire and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of transparency and empowerment.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements while managing risk effectively.
Influence prioritization and roadmaps by advocating for user needs across the full product scope.
Support product and cross-functional teams in applying human-centered design practices.
Translate customer insights into strategic design direction that scales across multiple teams.
Develop and maintain standards to promote reusability and consistency.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration in Consumer Lending and/or Credit Card sectors.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including senior executive leadership.
Understanding of data-driven product development and performance measurement.
Exposure to AI/ML models for conversion/balance deepening optimization.
Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and product roadmaps.
Experience with human-centered design principles.
Strong risk management and dependency management skills, including experience with control ownership.
Ability to influence and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment and work successfully within a matrix structure.
Experience collaborating with delivery teams and refining features/user stories, ensuring acceptance criteria are clear and met.
Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at facilitating discussions to explore optimal solutions.
Experience with agile practices and tools such as Confluence and Jira.
Candidate will be expected to work onsite at one of the stated locations listed in the job posting on a hybrid schedule.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$159,000.00 - $279,000.00Benefits
