Cleveland Clinic is seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented leader to serve as Senior Project Manager within the Information Technology Division. This role is crucial in enabling and activating technology at the Cleveland Clinic’s new sites, ensuring the seamless integration of infrastructure, clinical systems, and digital delivery solutions
A caregiver in this position works remotely out of Ohio, Florida, or Nevada, Monday - Friday from 8:00AM—5:00PM.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Manage and give guidance to the personnel responsible for managing a portfolio of projects.
Lead and manage multiple complex or enterprise-wide projects using advanced concepts and tools.
Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Prepare and complete action plans.
Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Determine system improvements and implement changes.
Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements.
Prepare an annual budget.
Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Accomplish human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
Communicate job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions.
Provide on-site support during go-live events.
Manage vendors and coordinate contractors.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
Seven years of experience leading projects/teams in assigned areas which may include experience in a technical systems environment, experience involving complex financial system applications, etc. OR Master’s Degree and six years of experience
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Projecto)
Strong communication skills for coordination across IT, facilities and clinical teams
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Master’s degree in information technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Experience managing IT technology stack, AI-related projects, EMR systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity in a healthcare setting.
Proven experience with Epic modules and clinical systems integration.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and compliance standards.
Experience with operating room setups and expansion of catheterization/imaging labs.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and ServiceNow.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Physical Requirements:
Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
May require periods of sitting, standing and the ability to walk to various locations throughout the health system to attend meetings.
Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person.
Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.
