The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide 24x7 support to an existing Operations Center for Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems as part of the MWIII Bridge contract in Hanover, MD. This position is responsible for monitoring critical ICAM infrastructure and resolving complex technical issues through expert troubleshooting and analysis.
Work schedule:
The 24x7 shift rotates over 10 weeks in five 2-week periods as follows. Day and Mid shifts are 12 hours (5am-5pm, 5pm-5am), Straights are M-F (8 hours per day).
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain critical IT infrastructure systems including servers, storage, and network components
Provide Tier 2 support for Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems in a 24x7 Operations Center environment
Support customers reporting issues with Enterprise and IC Attribute and Authorization services
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) services, attribute services, authorization services, and entitlement services.
Document technical procedures and maintain configuration management
Use JIRA for ticket management and provide support via email, chat, and phone
Qualifications:
TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field plus 7 years of relevant experience
Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC), and Entitlements Management
Knowledge of LDAP directories, SQL, and RESTful services
Experience with ticket tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Redmine, SNOW)
Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to solve difficult problems independently
Experience with UNIX systems preferred

The proposed salary range for this position is:
