Job Summary

The Senior HR Controlling & Reporting Analyst plays a critical role in supporting strategic HR decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. This position is responsible for compiling, analyzing, and interpreting HR metrics, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering actionable insights to HR leadership and business stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics such as headcount, FTE, turnover, labor cost, and diversity indicators.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reporting cycles, including sustainability and compliance-related disclosures.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners across LATAM and Finance teams to validate data and ensure consistency across systems.
  • Facilitate data collection and validation processes for internal and external audits, including attestation letters and regulatory submissions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on workforce analytics to support strategic planning and organizational development.
  • Maintain and improve HRIS data integrity and reporting capabilities, including Workday and other platforms.
  • Support our local teams by keeping the Workday platform updated with correct organizations and details.
  • Participate in job evaluation and requisition processes, ensuring alignment with job architecture and internal guidelines.
  • Support the creation and refinement of job descriptions and profiles in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR analytics, controlling, or reporting roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP).
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics, data visualization tools, and reporting standards.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g. Databricks, Power BI) and advanced Excel functions for HR reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning and organizational design.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain key aspects of complex datasets for different stakeholders.
