The head office for the DACH and EEC markets, covering 13 countries with more than 2.700 employees, is in Düsseldorf and is the main location of around 500 employees.

As part of our Hub HR Business Partnering team, this role is pivotal in executing the overarching global, regional, and hub people strategy. The team delivers core HR activities and co-creates the local hub people plan to ensure strategic business priorities and net sales targets across retail are met. 
The Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/x) acts as critical connector between our retail business and HR professionals within the center of expertise, enabling business success. 
 

A day in the life of a Senior HR Business Partner Retail (m/f/x): 

  • You will co-create and implement people strategies aligned with business and HR goals, using data and KPIs to drive performance.  

  • You will manage employee relations cases to resolution, ensuring full compliance with local employment legislation.  

  • You will partner with Retail Operations, Finance, and Retail Area Managers to improve store performance through weekly KPI analysis and targeted interventions. 

  • You will coach senior leaders and leadership teams on managing and developing teams, high potential talents, leadership and functional capabilities in the organization as well as managing performance. 

  • You will support core HR processes such as salary reviews, performance management, and talent planning across the business.  

  • You will promote leadership culture and drive DE&I initiatives in alignment with global and regional priorities.  

  • You will guide leaders through organizational change, using structured tools and approaches to enable successful transformation.  

  • You will collaborate with local and international HR teams to continuously improve processes, tools, and policies. 

 

What do we need from you? You have: 

  • A university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Law, or similar education 

  • 7+ years of strategic HR Business Partnering experience, ideally within global organizations.  

  • Proven success in business partnering, talent management, organizational design, and transformation.  

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of key business drivers.  

  • Expertise in change management and organizational development.  

  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.  

  • Business fluency in English and German.  

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to stores as needed.
