Where does this role fit in?
The Senior HR Business Partner - GTM sits within the People Team and reports directly to the Chief People Officer. This role partners deeply with the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, and their global leadership teams, to enable the success of our commercial organisation across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Enablement.
Operating at the intersection of Sales, SDR/BDR, and Marketing, you’ll ensure our go-to-market engine is aligned, high-performing, and scalable. Based in the US, you’ll work closely with leaders and teams across Australia, the US, and EMEA, connecting people strategy with commercial outcomes and business growth and ensuring our people practices fuel growth, scalability, and world-class execution.
