Your role with us:

As Senior Growth & Initiatives Specialist within our Corporate Solutions space, you will drive the growth and execution of key initiatives aligned with AIA’s Distribution Strategy.

You’ll lead impactful projects, foster strong stakeholder partnerships, champion continuous improvement, and enhance operational efficiency to deliver scalable, long-term solutions!

Your impact:

  • Developing and implementing growth strategies that enhance channel performance, leveraging market insights and anticipating future needs to deliver long-term value.

  • Identifying and prioritising initiatives that align with long-term objectives, supported by robust business cases and financial analysis.

  • Overseeing the channel’s portfolio of strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and scope.

  • Analysing sales trends and performance data to uncover insights, challenging assumptions, and providing recommendations that support channel Heads and BDM teams.

  • Managing dashboards, reporting, and BDM task coordination to support performance visibility and decision-making.

  • Supporting channel heads and BDM teams with strategic sales enablement, including process improvement, events, presentations, and training.

  • Fostering strong relationships across internal teams including Product, Pricing, Marketing, Technology, and Customer to influence and deliver shared outcomes.

Your capabilities:

  • Proven experience in managing projects from initiation to delivery.

  • Background in Corporate Solutions or similar strategic business areas.

  • Foundational understanding of financial modelling and analysis.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.

  • A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Experience in insurance and/or sales is advantageous.
