Job Description:
Develop and design visually compelling layouts for digital, print, and outdoor media.
Conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into engaging visual communication.
Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to align designs with campaign objectives.
Create static, animated, and video-based assets for multi-channel campaigns.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to keep work innovative.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
5–7 years of proven experience in graphic design (agency/brand side preferred).
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Strong knowledge of layout design, typography, and color theory.
Hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics.
Ability to ideate concepts, visualize campaigns, and deliver within deadlines.
Attention to detail, with a portfolio showcasing layout and design excellence.
Creative thinker with a problem-solving approach.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Team player with the flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements.
