Job Overview:
As a Senior Frour primary role will be to design, develop, review, and enhance websites in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with W3C standards, translating business and technical requirements into high-quality, maintainable web solutions, and optimizing the performance, accessibility, and user experience of all web products.
Job Responsibilities:
Design, code, and modify responsive and dynamic websites aligned with project goals and requirements.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and cross-functional team members to define and deliver high-quality web solutions.
Ensure UI/UX consistency and seamless functionality across various devices, platforms, and browsers.
Implement and maintain SEO best practices to maximize search engine visibility and overall site performance.
Partner with Learning Experience Designers to interpret storyboards and translate requirements into engaging, interactive web experiences.
Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to test, debug, and resolve issues prior to release.
Coordinate with the Test & Publication team to deploy and host web products in appropriate environments.
Ensure all deliverables comply with W3C standards, accessibility guidelines, and organizational quality benchmarks.
Collaborate with UI team members and other technical teams to translate design and functional requirements into final deliverables.
Evaluate and validate technical requirements, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and maintainability of solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, Bootstrap 5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Proven experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) — preferably WordPress.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, web accessibility standards, and performance optimization techniques.
Solid grasp of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility best practices.
Proficient with version control systems, particularly Git.
Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Photoshop (PSD) and Figma.
Up-to-date knowledge of modern tools, frameworks, and trends in web development.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on designing scalable and maintainable solutions.
Proficiency in Angular or React frameworks is a plus.
Knowledge of server environments and deployment processes is a plus.
