Investor Communication Solutions (ICS) helps clients in North America and Europe meet their regulatory compliance needs and manage critical communications to shareholders. We serve banks, brokers, mutual funds, retirement funds, and corporate issuers. Proxy mailings and vote processing account for a large portion of ICS—the industry relies on us for quarterly and annual meetings and to enhance, print, and send disclosure communications, prospectus, and other financial communications to investors in equity securities and mutual funds.
The Finance team brings understanding and predictability to the company’s core operations, and we work closely with our key business partners to accelerate long-term growth for Broadridge. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to enhance or gain deep knowledge of the Broadridge business, as well as exposure to senior leaders across the organization.
We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst in ICS HQ team, where you will have the opportunity to Co-lead in setting up expectations for management, deliver timely financial information including results, forecasting, and budgeting, ad-hoc analysis, predictive modeling, and performance against key operating metrics. This position will report to the Senior Director ICS FP&A based out of NY area.
Responsibilities:
Own the Sales and Revenue Reporting and analytics function
Evolve Sales and Revenue function to be world class excellence across all operations including profitability measurement, metrics, reporting, processes
Co-lead finance processes (Strat Plan, budgets, rolling forecast) for the ICS organization
Conduct financial analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives to accelerate growth
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
Build and manage relationships with multiple business partners to review financial performance and opportunities
Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, decision Support, strategic finance
Proficiency in TM1, Oracle, and PowerBI a must
Demonstrate excellent personal accountability and work with minimal supervision
Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure, navigate through ambiguity, draw linkages, and balance multiple priorities
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, and data visualization
Attention to detail is essential
Highly adoptable and proven track record to drive change
Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas to actionable messages
Highly collaborative with the ability to influence multiple internal partners to drive results in a matrixed environment
