Senior Financial Analyst – BRCC Print Production (Hybrid: Kansas City or NYC)

The Senior Financial Analyst – BRCC Print Production Finance role is responsible for working closely with the BRCC Print Operations team on financial planning and analysis activities, developing financial models, delivering ad-hoc decision support to business partners, improving the technological infrastructure used by finance, and providing regular financial updates to business leaders. This position will report to the Director of Finance for BRCC Print Production and collaborate with business leaders on month-end reporting, long range planning, and other ad-hoc financial analyses. This Senior Financial Analyst should be a dynamic individual who has the ambition to drive change and the ability to partner with multiple business stakeholders across the organization.

This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote and meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business partners to support the financial management of the Print Production business, specifically focusing on expenses
  • Support core finance processes, including preparing budgets, updating forecasts and estimates, and assisting with long-range planning for the BRCC Print organization
  • Assist in building out the technological infrastructure used by the BRCC finance team, enhancing financial models, and conducting ad-hoc analyses to inform and improve financial performance
  • Contribute to identifying and proposing process improvement opportunities within finance and operations
  • Work closely with business partners and finance team members to review financial performance, share insights, and identify financial risks and opportunities
  • Partner with Accounting/Controllership functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness of expense accruals on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Contribute towards analytical projects such as client-level profitability, margin analysis, and more

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate development, strategic finance, investment banking, or management consulting
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data visualization, and financial analysis
  • Basic understanding of accounting recognition principles
  • Exceptional communicator, able to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights
  • Proactive mindset with a desire to drive change

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $85,000 - $90,000.

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
