Own your trial balance – take full responsibility for the month-end close process and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
Transaction review and coding – ensure correct coding of transactions to support accurate management reporting and business decision-making.
Cashflow forecasting – consolidate and review weekly cashflow forecasts, ensuring liquidity management and forward visibility.
Payroll journals – process payroll journals and intercompany on-charges accurately and on schedule.
Revenue & deferred revenue – work closely with the AR and Systems Accounting teams to manage revenue recognition and reconcile deferred revenue.
Audit liaison – act as the key point of contact for external auditors on all transactional and process-related queries.
Tax support – collaborate with the Global Tax Manager on indirect tax filings, reconciliations, and payments.
Interest & debt management – manage the rollover and payment of interest obligations as part of cashflow planning.
Process improvement – continually review and enhance internal financial controls, systems, and processes to drive efficiency and strengthen compliance.
Cross-functional collaboration – support FP&A, Commercial, and Operations teams with financial insight and analysis as required.
What You’ll Bring
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent).
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar financial accounting role.
SaaS or tech industry experience advantageous.
Big 4 audit background highly regarded.
Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
