Position Overview:

The MF CFO department in the Finance division is seeking a Senior Finance Application Support Analyst to join the Multifamily Finance Automation Support Team. This role is responsible for performing change management activities and resolving complex data and process issues related to the monthly accounting close and enhancement processes. The key duties include collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure seamless operations. Effectively communicating with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates. Completing tasks meticulously to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions.

Our Impact:

The Team is responsible for providing comprehensive monthly accounting close support, coordinating ongoing maintenance activities and driving application enhancement & process improvement for Multifamily Finance & Accounting applications.

Your Impact:

  • Gather requirements, conduct complex process analysis, and document impacts for finance and accounting applications.

  • Develop and maintain essential projects and support artifacts, including project scope, business requirements, quality assurance plan, risk and controls assessment, Process flow, change request, and test case.  

  • Execute System integration and User acceptance testing using the established test plan and test cases.

  • Provide concurrent support for multiple initiatives by adhering to relevant methodology, Controls and Quality Standards.

  • Manage production application support duties, which entail on-call support, troubleshooting data and system issues, logging and tracking incidents, and coordinating resolutions with cross functional teams.

  • Support business operational risk controls and aid in Internal and External audit activities.

  • Plan and execute data conversion, data mapping and data reconciliation tasks.

  • Facilitate meetings, capture meeting minutes, and assist with the development of presentation and training materials.

  • Participate in and contribute to all Agile related meetings- including Daily stand up, Sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives. 

Qualifications:

  • Typically have 5+ years of experience serving in an analyst capacity

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience in a related field

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis and report creation.

  • Expertise in querying, analyzing, reconciling, and testing complex relational and non-relational data

  • Knowledge of accounting, subledger and financial reporting concepts

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $104,000 - $156,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
