About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Field Marketing Manager to support our global field marketing initiatives. This role is responsible not only for executing high-impact events and programs, but also for crafting experiences that reinforce our donor-experience narrative—showing prospects and customers what a frictionless, modern, and trustworthy giving journey feels like in person.

The ideal candidate will design and deliver field programs that bring our brand promise to life across trade shows, hosted events, customer appreciation moments, brand activations, and regional field campaigns. As a key member of the marketing team, the Senior Field Marketing Manager will work closely with Sales, CS, and Marketing to align on objectives and deliver immersive, engaging, and measurable experiences that drive demand and deepen brand affinity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop experiences across booths, activations, sessions, and hosted events that embody Fundraise Up’s donor-first philosophy and demonstrate how seamless, intelligent giving should feel.
  • Ensure every touchpoint (pre-event, onsite, and post-event) reflects our brand values, reduces friction, and creates meaningful interactions for prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing plans across events, roadshows, dinners, trade shows, and networking experiences that align with sales objectives and regional opportunities.
  • Create tailored, scalable campaigns that reflect market dynamics and deliver personal, high-value interactions.
  • Manage all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor management, logistics, and onsite execution, with support from external agencies as needed.
  • Own the end-to-end execution of field initiatives from program conception to post-event analysis and insights.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and experience quality across all field marketing touchpoints.
  • Partner with brand, content, and product marketing teams to ensure storytelling, signage, activation concepts, and demos shape a cohesive and compelling donor-experience-centric narrative.
  • Track, measure, and analyze event performance against defined KPIs, providing insights and ROI analysis to guide future improvements.
  • Incorporate industry trends, new technologies, and innovative engagement methods to continuously elevate the event experience and maximize attendee participation and conversion.
  • Align Sales and Partnerships leadership to ensure teams execute their event responsibilities across outreach, onsite engagement, and follow-up.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in field marketing, with a proven track record of executing successful events and marketing campaigns
  • Proven track record of executing successful events that meet business objectives
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage and influence cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage deadlines
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and an eye for detail
  • Willingness to travel as required to manage field marketing activities and attend industry events
