The Candidate will work within the Investment Business Management Team, providing a wide range of business and project support for the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and investment teams.

The role is key in acting as a support conduit between investments and other teams, departments, and Local Business Units (LBUs) across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project implementation support to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) on strategic projects in enhancing governance and oversight across the investment business.
  • Support cross functional and cross LBU projects and initiatives related to the Investment Teams.
  • Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders to align on project objectives, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in development of management information reporting.
  • Manage soft dollar programme, vendor contracts and financial management of investment data and research platforms.
  • Perform business analysis and propose solutions to re-design and optimize process and governance.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience working in the asset management industry.
  • Good understanding of front office workflows and ability to support strategic initiatives.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions and business units.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and clear communication.
  • Familiarity with data analysis to assist in producing management information.
